Chrysler Group's Performance Vehicle Operations (PVO) has delivered Dodge SRT-4, a hot-rod compact sedan that's based on the Neon and may be the performance bargain of the decade. Priced at $21,690, the Dodge SRT-4 with turbocharged and inter-cooled DOHC 15-valve inline-4, iron block and aluminum head, port fuel injection is all set to prove its status as a giant killer.
