The 2nd annual Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance in Jacksonville, FL, was well attended by several car enthusiasts. The 1968 Alfa Romeo Type 33 Stradale of Keith Goring that was awarded the Road and Track trophy was chosen by judges as the car they would most like to drive.

Goodwood revival
Article Abstract:
The Sep 1998 Goodwood Revival Meeting in England featured 300 stunning historic racing cars and a cast of automobile racing's greatest drivers in a thoroughly enjoyable four-day meeting. A spectator compared the event to a motion picture set in England during and just after World War II.

Peking to Paris

The Peking to Paris automotive endurance race has become legendary since it was first started in 1907. The Sep 1997 race involved 93 cars and a considerably altered, roughly 10,000-mile route which bypassed Russia. This 45-day race was won by a driver of a 48 Buick Special Sedanet.
