The 1996 Ford Mustang GT, with a list price of $17,610, features a new modular V-8 engine, which replaces the popular 302 V-8 engine long associated with the Mustang. The new engine, however, provides a smooth ride and achieves 215 bhp, with a 0-60 mph acceleration in 6.8 seconds.
