Article Abstract:
A comparison test between three four-door sports sedans belonging in the $30,000 to $40,000 price range is presented. The Audi, BMW, and Saab models were all test according to factors such as handling, comfort, and value. The Audi A4 rated the best, followed by the BMW 328i and Saab 900 respectively.

The BMW 740iL is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, five-passenger, four-door sedan. It comes equipped with a 4.4-liter V-8 engine with 282 horse power that can propel it from 0 to 60 in 6.9 seconds. The 740iL has a fuel economy rating of 17 mpg in the city; base price is $65,966.

The Jaguar XJ12, Mercedes-Benz S500 and the BMW 750il were comparatively tested. The results showed that the BMW 750il was the best in terms of performance, technology and sheer luxury.
