The Honda EV Plus is a practical electric car that carries four people and 12 cu ft of luggage. Its engine is a 66-hp brushless DC motor powered by 1,000 lbs of nickel-metal hydride batteries and has a range of 70 to 125 miles. The base price is $53,999.
