Toyota Paseo Convertible
Article Abstract:
The Toyota Paseo displays all of the expected Toyota craftsmanship, and is the lowest based-priced convertible on the market. However, it is noisy and only adequately powered, with rough handling. It also is equipped with few options, raising its real price to $1,000+ more than a similar Cavalier.

Toyota MR2 auto
Article Abstract:
The steering of the $19,493 MR2 is much improved, due to better rear-suspension and chassis design. Performance is quiet despite the mid-engine design. A 16-valve, four-in-line engine works well with a four-speed automatic transmission.
