The Gillet Vertigo, a sports car designed by Tony Gillet, is the fastest road car in the 0-100 km/h sprint. The Vertigo, which will be constructed in a small Belgian factory, uses rear-wheel-drive and is powered by a Ford Cosworth engine. The price will be approximately $115,000.

Porsche Turbo S

Porsche has introduced the Turbo S, based on a championship racing car design. The horsepower has been increased 20% and the weight reduced by 419 pounds giving it a speed that takes it from zero to 60 in 4.5 seconds. The car is not available in the US.
