The theme of the 16th World Congress of Accountants was knowledge-based economy, the accountant, and also corporate collapses, and crisis of confidence. In order to create a workplace where people are encouraged to have innovative thinking about issues, it is necessary to develop a culture in which respect for others and their opinions are important.
