Accounting firms can increase the number of clients and provide greater satisfaction to current clients through a client survey. A survey will identify client needs and the accounting firm's weakness in satisfying these needs. The accounting staff will have direction to ensure that client needs are met.

Expense management - a bugbear for small businesses
Article Abstract:
Accounting firms which successfully manage their expenses can assist their clients to do so. This practice also assists accounting firms to spend more time decreasing their taxes and to develop their strategic plans. The Australian goods and services tax will require stronger reporting of expenses.
