Educating entrepeneurs: looking at universities
Article Abstract:
The Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants and Victoria University of Technology's Small Business Research Unit of the have completed a research project that examined college teaching activity in the entrepreneurship and small business management fields. The study concluded that the number of students studying subjects in entrepreneurship and small business was quite small compared to the total number of students enrolled in management and business courses in Australia.

International Study Program
Article Abstract:
Victoria, Australia's Monash University's Department of Accounting and Finance has operated the Accounting International Study Program during the 1990s. A total of 80 students have taken advantage of this program which is supported by the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. Students visit major commercial corporations throughout the world.
