Article Abstract:
Survey of human resource practitioners by workplace health consultancy Healthworks concluded that a high percentage of people experiences bullying or see others been bullied at work which costs the companies millions in lost productivity, absenteeism and staff turnover. The opinions of the different directors of the organization on bullying and its ill effects on their organizations are presented.
