More than a feeling
Article Abstract:
Hiring the right candidate for a given post is a management art. Failure to select the right person can mean frustration for both the employer and the employee and bring down the morale of the entire team. Despite such a crucial nature of this art, most managers still resort to recruiting candidates based on their gut feelings. Five reasons forming integral part these gut feelings are analyzed and it is found that some of them may not hold much water.
