One-day reporting: from theory to practice
Article Abstract:
Lion Nathan Ltd., a company that manufactures and distributes alcoholic beverages, was the focus of a case study that examined substituting the monthly reporting process with one-day reporting (ODR). Implementation of ODR was undertaken over a three year period. The most important aspect of this project was the initial establishment of goals which governed the entire process.
