The new frontiers
Article Abstract:
The changing role of Certified Public Accountants is discussed. The profession, which was hitherto restricted to traditional spheres like audit, accounting standards, financial reporting and corporate governance is now increasing its focus to other areas like sustainability reporting and disclosure on other non-financial matters. The role CPA Australia is playing in this context is also discussed in brief.
