The concerns among the small businesses with regard to their continuation in the market ensuing the retirement of public practitioners, are discussed. About 40% of the business are in a plan to sell in next 5 years, and 33% are experiencing difficulty in selling. The options of sale, merger, internal succession , new partner introduction, orderly winding up are considered.
