A stimulatory role for cGMP-dependent protein kinase in platelet activation
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on cGMP-dependent protein kinase. The role of this protein kinase in platelet activation has been investigated, and the results demonstrate that recombinant cGMP-dependent protein kinase's expression in reconstituted cell model can enhance von-Willebrand factor-induced platelet integrin activation.

The PAS protein VIVID defines a clock-associated feedback loop that represses light input, modulates gating, and regulates clock resetting
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the vvd gene which regulates light responses in Neurospora and encodes a member of the PAS/LOV protein superfamily. Results indicate that VVD contributes to the regulation within the Neurospora circadian system.
