Genomic targets of the human c-Myc protein
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on transcription factor Myc which regulates downstream cellular responses. The authors have investigated a large-scale sceen for genomic Myc-binding sites in human cells via the use of bioinformatics, and they report that there is high regulatory and biological diversity among Myc-target genes.
