Lef1 is required for the transition of Wnt signaling from mesenchymal to epithelial cells in the mouse embryonic mammary gland
Article Abstract:
A study examines the role of lef1 regulatory protein in the development of mammary gland in the embryo of mouse. The mesenchymal cells, which are responsible for sequential appearance of placodes is discussed.
