Longitudinal study of Campylobacter jejuni bacteriophages and their hosts from broiler chickens
Article Abstract:
A longitudinal study of bacteriophages was conducted and their hosts were taken to a broiler house, which had lots of distinct Campylobacter bacteriophages. Since this type of study was conducted for the first time, it identified the population of Campylobacter jejuni bacteriophages in the environment and their effects on the Campylobacter population of chickens in the broiler house.

Sources of Campylobacter spp. colonizing housed broiler flocks during rearing
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted on the identification of sources of Campylobacter in 10 housed broiler flocks from three United Kingdom poultry companies, to characterize the isolates of the Campylobacter species. Study provided strong evidence for the environment as a source of campylobactes colonizing housed broiler flocks.
