Minor physical anomalies in mentally healthy subjects: internal consistency of the Waldrop Physical Anomaly Scale
Article Abstract:
Minor physical anomalies in mentally healthy subjects by using the Waldrop Physical Anomaly Scale, to assess the reliability of the scale, is the aim of the study. 82 mentally healthy individuals were investigated, of Bulgarian origin, for minor physical anomalies and it was found that the correlation between the anomalies were low, proving a poor internal consistency of the scale in terms of location, character and time of prenatal development and adversity.

A fingerprint characteristic associated with the early prenatal environment
Article Abstract:
A study was undertaken to determine the effect of the mother's last menstrual period on the effect of development of fingertip and fingertip ridge counts of the fetus among Dutch mothers during the wartime 1943-1947. Results revealed that the war period did have an effect on the ridge count development and this could be useful to compare early prenatal ridge counts with postnatal life fingerprinting.
