On a roll for new TRF targets
Article Abstract:
The identification of new TBP-related factor (TRF1) targets with three classes, TRF1, TRF2, and TRF3 is discussed. The three classes have contained a core domain related to the TATA-box-binding protein (TBP) C-terminal core domain and some have also possessed variable N- and C-terminal domains.

A structural perspective of CTD function
Article Abstract:
The structure, modification, and recognition of the C-terminal domain (CTD), from which insights into the molecular mechanism of CTD-mediated coupling were observed is reviewed. The CTD of RNA polymerase II (Pol II) integrates nuclear events by binding proteins involved in the mRNA biogenesis.

Lineage tracing demonstrates the venous origin of the mammalian lymphatic vasculature
Article Abstract:
Various lineage tracing studies are conducted to analyze the origin of the mammalian lymphatic vasculature, which has been a topic of debate since decades. Results show that the mammalian lymphatic system has a solely venous origin.
