RhoBTB2 is a substrate of the mammalian Cu13 ubiquitin ligase complex
Article Abstract:
A model has been suggested wherein Rh0BTB2 functions as a tumor suppressor by recruiting proteins for degradation. More tests are being conducted to identify if Rh0BTB2 is indeed a substrate-specific adoptor for Cul3.

Dictyostelium RasD is required for normal phototaxis, but not differentiation
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the mammalian Ras Dictyostelium homolog RasD. Results indicate that gene distribution for rasD causes phototaxis and thermotaxis loss in mutant aggregates.

A secondary disruption of the dmpA gene encoding a large membrane protein allows aggregation defective Dictyostelium rasC? cells to form multicellular structures
Article Abstract:
The development of multicellular structures by Dictyostelium rasC-cells due to disturbance of the dmpA gene is studied.
