SGS3 and SGS2/SDE1/RDR6 are required for juvenile development and the production of trans-acting siRNAs in Arabidopsis
Article Abstract:
SGS3 and SGS2/SDE1/RDR6 act in the same pathways as the Argonuate protein, ZIP, and the putative miRNA nuclear export receptor; HST to regulate vegetative phase change and floral development in Arabidopsis is studied. The role of endogenous siRNA in the regulation of gene expression and suggest that PTGS play a central role in the temporal control of shoot development in plants.

Natural genetic variation in Arabidopsis identifies BREVIS RADIX, a novel regulator of cell proliferation and elongation in the root.
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted on the importance of BREVIS RADIX(BRX) in Arabidopsis root growth. The results reveal that BRX controls the extent of cell proliferation and elongation in the growth zone of the root tip.

A novel class of bacteria-induced small RNAs in Arabidopsis
Article Abstract:
The performance of a novel class of bacteria-induced small RNAs found in Arabidopsis is discussed. These RNAs are found to be usually induced by a pathogen infection or under specific growth conditions.
