Coca-Cola Amatil has a new managing director, a lower share price and economic difficulties in its major markets. Norb Cole was replaced by David Kennedy who plans to restore value to the company. The stock price has decreased from $18.15 per share in Oct 1996 to $9.85 in Jun 1998. The company has been divided into an Asian Pacific company and a European company.
