Employers need to accept that the American family is changing and adjust employee benefits when possible. Day care for children and elderly parents, family leave for fathers, flexible work schedules, and benefits for domestic partners are ways companies can attract and keep quality employees.

Sexual harassment: reducing the risks

Employers would do well to take action to prevent sexual harassment. The number of sexual harassment cases is rising dramatically, as are the amounts for damages that juries award victims. Recommendations for reducing sexual harassment in the workplace and liability for it are provided.
