The trial of lawyer Altman began in New York, NY, on March 30, 1993. Altman is charged with fraud for his role in the Bank of Commerce & Credit International Ltd scandal. Altman denies the allegations and says he was deceived by other BCCI executives. Clark Clifford's trial has been postponed.

Utah lawmaker's husband indicted

Waldholtz was convicted of 27 counts of check kiting and bank fraud. Some of the illegally obtained money was donated to his wife's campaign. Greene claims she believed her husband was a millionaire and knew nothing of his illegal activities.
