An action pattern model of inter-firm cooperation
Article Abstract:
A model for developing inter-firm cooperative processes is presented. The model was tested on 263 partnerships in Hong Kong's construction industry. It was concluded that trust was an important part of any such action patterns in the cooperative processes. In addition, transaction cost variables also affect the relationships and action patterns.
