An expensive round for Diageo

Scott Marshall, of Shaw Stockbroking in Australia, believes that British beverage corporation Diageo needs to offer at least 12 billion dollars, $1.5 billion dollars more than it is rumored to be willing to pay, for the purchase of Foster's Brewing Company. Rumors of the potential purchase have been dismissed by both Diageo and Foster's.
