At work in the giant's head after chopping it free from the body
Article Abstract:
It is possible to envision a brand leader, in the year 2047, that consists of little more than the resources that comprise the executive floor of a corporation in 1997. Competition down and costs up, say new legislation's opponents
Article Abstract:

Critics feel that it will reduce competition in the market by making it more difficult and expensive for new managed funds to start out. Supporters believe that higher compliance costs will keep out unscrupulous companies from entering the business and simplify the regulatory system of the industry.
