Benchmarking salary in the forecasting profession
Article Abstract:
A survey was conducted to identify the salary in the forecasting profession in which the forecasting positions were categorized into Forecast Analyst, Sr. Forecast Analyst, Forecast Manager, Director of Forecasting and Vice President (VP) of forecasting. The results show that the range between the lowest and the highest is wider at the levels of Director of forecasting and VP of forecasting than others.

Benchmarking salary of forecasting professionals
Article Abstract:
A 2007 survey on the salary of forecasting professionals revealed that the salaries of forecast analysts, senior forecast analysts and forecast managers have increased steadily from 2001 to 2007 while those of directors and vice presidents of forecasting have risen up to 2004, then leveled off up to 2007. The trends in forecasting professional salaries are analyzed further.
