Bringing out charisma: CEO charisma and external stakeholders
Article Abstract:
The extent to which CEO charisma contributes to stock market success is debatable and research on the subject has no final answer. The details of a theory that gives the processes through which CEO charisma affects participants outside the organization, particularly institutional intermediaries and external stakeholders, are presented and the implications arising thereof are discussed.
