Canada/Brazil regional aircraft dispute continues on two tracks

A ruling by the World Trade Organization's Compliance Council favors Canada in its export subsidies dispute with Brazil over the development of regional aircraft. The Council ruling declares Canada's Technology Partnership Program (TPC) to be in compliance with WTO regulations.
