Card companies look to the small end of business

Credit card issuers including Visa International, MasterCard, Diners Club International and American Express are targeting small business owners as a great source of untapped revenue. Business owners worry that if cards are used spending levels will get out of control. To counter this problem, card issuers have established controls on spending limits and types of spending.
