Singleton comes out tops on its bottom-line skills
Article Abstract:
Australia's Singleton Group performed better than other ad agencies in 1997 due to its ability to retain revenue. Singleton netted profits of 42.2% from 1996 to 1997, a sharp increase over its 19.8% net from 1995 to 1996. Singleton management's modest pay increases helped revenue retention, as salaries represent 50% to 60% of an agency's operating expenses.
