Article Abstract:
The major challenges facing marketing-services suppliers and their clients are overcapacity, new channels of distribution, and internal communications. Many industries overproduce for the sake of job creation, but the successful companies will differentiate themselves using corporate branding. New electronic distribution technologies have an impact on industries, as the new process replaces middle management functions. New processes also make it difficult for industries using traditional methods to compete costwise. Finally, effective internal communications motivate employees and provide better relations with clients.
