The contribution of clinical directors to the strategic capability of the organization
Article Abstract:
Research was conducted to determine the nature of the job of clinical directors (CDs) as regards their contributions to health service organizations. A three-year regionally based program was evaluated to prove the significance of CDs in enhancing the strategic management capability of their organizations. Results demonstrate that CDs have an important contribution although their skills and knowledge are difficult to define.
