The possibility of lean production jobs being intrinsically motivating is examined. By employing the Job Characteristics Model, the empirical association between job characteristics and motivational upshots in lean production is examined.

From chain to demand chain: the role of lead time reduction in improving demand chain performance
Article Abstract:
The theory of supply and demand chain management, shows that lead time reduction, precedes the use of market mediation. An attempt, to improve the lead time reduction, and transfer of information would help a demand chain perform better.
