The Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative programs commends small companies that have face difficult decisions or problems and succeeded. A list of all 175 honorees is provided, the top winner in each state or region listed first in its section. Four national honorees will be announced in April 1996.

Small businesses that have been in business for at least three years and employ from five to 300 people are eligible to apply for a Blue Chip Enterprise award. Several 1993 winners include Photronics, Shelby Die Casting and ICU Medical.
