Australia's fourth largest accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has become a third of its former size.Deloitte Consulting suffered from a revenue fall of about 55 million dollars to 70 million dollars in 2003-04 and has restructured the division along industry lines rather than service lines.
