Article Abstract:
The recent efforts of Australian federal government relating to the companies abilities to sue for defamation are discussed. Information market continues to be highly regulated despite deregulation in product, capita and labor markets. Australian states have removed the rights of companies to sue for defamation. The implications of such deprivation of rights are discussed.

The entrepreneur is back
Article Abstract:
The passage of time has removed the stigma that past entrepreneurs have left as young people regard being an entrepreneur as a legitimate career path. The restructured economy is the major reason for this comeback and hence less regulation is required to make starting and running a business easier and lower taxes that would encourage people to take risks.
