Exposing pay secrecy
Article Abstract:
The contradictory decisions of pay secrecy are discussed and it is argued that there is no simple answer to the queries as to whether pay secrecy is beneficial or detrimental to individuals and organizations. Various arguments based on management, economics, psychology and cultural perspectives regarding pay secrecy in ones lives are analyzed.

A corporate social performance-corporate financial performance behavioral model for consumers
Article Abstract:
A model linking corporate social performance (CSP) and corporate financial performance (CFP) is presented, and the CSP-CFP behavioral model for consumers examines the roles of information intensity and moral values in linking CSP with purchase behavior. It is predicted that information intensity would influence the consumer's brand attitude.
