The Federal Reserve Board is expected to announce federal funds rate cut from 5.25% to 5% or 4.75% at the September 18, 2007 Federal Open Market Committee Meeting. Economic growth is projected at 2% for the rest of 2007 and 2008. Forecasts for the stock market are provided.

The slowing down of economic growth in the second quarter may see some recovery over the next six months of 2004. Positive developments in oil prices, interest rates and International issues are needed to give the stock markets the push to move up in the coming months.
