An assessment of post-project reviews
Article Abstract:
Many corporate entities conduct post-project reviews for any number of compelling reasons. However, research indicates that post-project reviews are frequently suspended and occasionally become completely disused. Even when they are conducted, their outcomes are not adequately communicated. Thus a study performed a detailed analysis of post-project reviews to determine whether they ought to be implemented and, if so, how they should be implemented.
