Establishing customer relationship management framework in nursing homes
Article Abstract:
A customer relationship management (CRM) framework for nursing homes in Taiwan is presented. Case management customer relationships, information management customer relationships and care management customer relationships are the three aspects included in CRM for improving the service quality of nursing homes.

Enhancing care services quality of nursing homes using data mining
Article Abstract:
Data mining cluster analysis is used for the development of a customized care service strategy in nursing homes for the residents of Taiwan. The residents are effectively divided into four clusters for providing them an important referential foundation for nursing homes in their daily care services.
