Extending the chain of relationships among organizational justice, social exchange, and employee reactions: The role of contract violations
Article Abstract:
The study extends prior research on the chain of relationships among organizational justice, social exchange relationships, and employee reactions by investigating the proposed mediating role of psychological contract violations. Results obtained from a longitudinal design examining a sample of 191 employees provide strong support for the proposal.

Make, buy or ally: A transaction cost theory meta-analysis
Article Abstract:
Meta-analytic techniques were used to quantitatively synthesize and evaluate transaction cost-based empirical research on organizational boundary (make, buy or ally) decisions. Strong support was found for the theory for both make versus buy and ally versus buy decisions.
