Financial services lead the charge into e-commerce

Australia's financial services industry is more extensively involve with e-commerce than other large industries, according to research published by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. There are likely to be four key areas of strong expansion in e-commerce in the near future: online fulfilment to customers and between businesses, online customer relationship management, e-procurement and internet marketplaces.
