Focusing on relationship dimensions to improve the quality of Chinese-Western business-to-business exchanges
Article Abstract:
Chinese and Western business relationships have been getting much research interest, to facilitate and improve trade links. The business relationships are compared based on buyer-seller and channel management literature. The implications are extracted, which are useful in quality management and development of hybrid international relations.
