Foreign telecommunications industry
Article Abstract:
The agreement to acquire MCI Communications by British Telecommunications may likely be one of the century's largest mergers. Telecommunications companies in Japan, Italy, and Germany are also realizing the necessity of global competition. Foreign companies with American telephone ventures are the best investment risk.
