From the bootstraps up
Article Abstract:
The psychology of the rich who made their fortunes through entrepreneurial talent rather than inheritance seem to share certain traits in addition to their entrepreneurship: non-conformity and street smarts. All entrepreneurs are marked by middle- to top-range intelligence, though typically not the very highest range of intelligence. The super-intelligent frequently are poor decision makers whereas entrepreneurs rely on street smarts to see the big picture and make decisions.
