Article Abstract:
Social capital or relationship-based goodwill and the influence of corporate governance practices are observed to be gaining great value in developing and sustaining the trust of social connections and capital markets. The inference of accepting such social assets upholds the importance of stakeholder-inclusive techniques in corporate governance.
